What condition are the clothes that you sell in store?

We check all our clothing to make sure it is to our policies. We then grade the clothing for you as: New With Tags - Clothing still has store tags attached. Like New: New but with no store tag. Excellent: Item has signs no wear, tear or marks. Gently Used: Item has some wear but no damaged.

What can I send to you to sell?

Women's, Children or Men's Clothing such as casual, evening, designer, office, active wear. Women's, Children or Men's Shoes, new or hardly used. What We Don't Accept: Lingerie, Altered clothing, Handmade made clothing, Promotional clothing, Costumes, Socks and Tights, Sleepwear, Wedding or Bridesmaids dresses

How much clothing can I send?

Your shipping label enables you to send up to 10kgs of clothing. 10 kgs is approximately 20 – 25 items of clothing.

Encore Fashion has the exclusive rights to adjust pricing and consignment rate. Encore Fashion will not be liable for any damages or loss of your items, regardless of who causes the loss or damage. Unless otherwise specified, you guarantee authenticity of consigned goods and indemnifies Encore Fashion of any damages, fees, and costs that may occur, including return of buyer's purchase price, as a result thereof. Additionally, you warrant legal ownership of all items free of any liens and encumbrances.
