Currently we accept only packages and boxed from customers. The pre-paid shipping labels sent to customers enable you to send up to 20Kgs of clothing. Boxes or bags can not be bigger than 40 liters (40cm x 30xm x 30xm).
Remote and rural customers will not qualify for a pre-paid shipping labels and will need to arrange their own shipping.
Sellers: any returns from items that did not meet our guidelines will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
